CU License for Posers/Tubes - $5.00

This license is for my Posers/Tubes only.
This license gives you permission to use my personal use images/tubes for commercial use.  This means you may add them to your scrap kits for sale.

- This license only needs to be purchased once -
I do hold the right to change the terms when I see fit.  I will inform you of changes to this license.
After you purchase your CU License please email me at vicki_gee@yahoo.com. In the subject line put 'CU Poser/Tube License Purchase.  Please download and complete the information for your license and attach it to the email you send to me.
I own copyright to my graphics and you may not claim them as your own.
I require that you mention in your TOU that you are a Gemini Creationz licensed holder with the license number issued to you and include my specific CU License TOU in your kit (you will get this TOU with your license number)
You are required to post your CU license on your blog/website. If you are a store owner and plan to use my images/tubes in your scrap kits to sell in your store - place CU license on your store front.
And please be sure to read, understand and abide my TOU before purchasing.
1 – Don’t give my tubes away as a freebie.
2 - Don’t share them in groups, forums or upload my Posers/tubes to any file sharing sites.
3 - Don't repackage my Posers/tubes and claim them as your own.
4 - Don’t disturb them.
5 - Do not make other CU products with my images/tubes.
6 - I allow 2 Posers/tubes to be used in your kits for sale.  Your scrap kits must have at least 20 elements and 5 papers in order to include my images/tubes in your scrap kit for sale and they always have to be incorporated to your kits.
7 – I request credit. Leave my watermark intact on each tube when including them in your scrap kits for sale.
8 - When using my Posers/tubes to make signature tags, or tags - you must give credit. (See: samples of credits)

INTRODUCING A NEW SERIES - Style Inspirations- PU, CU, S4H/S4O

For 2012 I have a new designer preview.

I hope you all like it as much as I do! :)

I also decided to create a series of Photoshop

Styles to inspire Designers with a color palette

for creating their work.  These styles are relatively

inexpensive and are PU, CU & S4H/S4O friendly.

However, they are not CU4CU friendly.

Maybe I will create a CU4CU License in the 

future.
